Our Commitment to Creators

At Army of Moon People and the Chapter network, we believe the act of creation is the highest form of human agency. We are builders of ecosystems, not extractors of content; our "Hybrid Intelligence" model is designed with a singular guiding principle: Radical Stewardship. We believe technology should serve as a megaphone for human brilliance, and we measure our success by the value, respect, and traffic we return to the artists, writers, and thinkers who define our cultural landscape.

Our intention is to always contribute positively to the creative economy by honoring the source and respecting the sovereignty of the maker. We recognize that an artist’s intention is as vital as their output. Should any creator ever take issue with our curation, we do not lean on "fair use" as a shield to ignore their wishes; we pledge to honor their intent and ownership rights immediately and without friction. We are here to amplify the signal, protect the process, and ensure the human creator remains the undisputed center of the story.

. Nature of Service

Chapter.email, its specialized nodes (including Action Line and Chapter Astrology), and Morning.me (collectively, the "Service") are digital media platforms managed by Army of Moon People (AOMP). The Service utilizes a "Hybrid Intelligence" model—combining AI-driven data aggregation with human editorial curation—to provide news, cultural narratives, and personal growth prompts.

DMCA Notice & Takedown Procedure

We respect the intellectual property of artists and writers. If you believe your work has been used in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please submit a written notice to our Copyright Agent at lnfo@aomp.co including:

  1. A description of the copyrighted work.

  2. The location (URL) of the allegedly infringing material.

  3. Your contact information (address, phone, email).

  4. A statement of "good faith belief" that the use is unauthorized.

  5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate.

Upon receipt of a valid notice, we will remove the content within 48 business hours.

Intellectual Property & Fair Use

We operate as a high-prestige aggregator and referral engine.

  • Content Aggregation: The Service provides links to, and brief excerpts of, third-party content. This is performed under the "Fair Use" doctrine (17 U.S.C. § 107) for the purposes of news reporting, commentary, and criticism.

  • Referral Intent: We do not republish full-text articles. Our intent is to drive high-value traffic back to the original creators and publishers.

  • Image Rights: Images used are low-resolution thumbnails intended solely as visual "pointers" to the linked source. We do not claim ownership of third-party media.
